Mudcrutch – “Hungry No More”

Mudcrutch – “Hungry No More”

Tom Petty’s Mudcrutch outfit is steady on the path approaching the forthcoming Mudcrutch 2, due in a couple of weeks. They’ve already shared the yearning “Trailer” and the joyful “Beautiful World.” Today, Petty hops back on lead vocals for latest offering “Hungry No More.” It’s more of his signature jangle and twang, with an electric guitar laced throughout to punch up the energy. Petty sings in his soulful tenor, “You can’t live on nothing at all/ And I ain’t gonna be hungry no more.” It’s a song about picking yourself up and dusting off after falling and pushing through to make good on a self promise to improve. Check it out.

Mudcrutch 2 is out 5/20. Pre-order is available here.
