Earlier this year, R&B virtuoso Maxwell released “Lake By The Ocean,” his first new track since 2009’s BLACKsummers’night and the lead single to blackSUMMERS’night, the sequel to the first installment that has been seven years in the making. Today, he’s shared a beautifully-shot video for the track, which follows a woman as she hitchhikes from her hometown to a nearby club where the singer is performing, and the two get romantically entangled.
