Stream Shelf Life Alright, Okayyy

Scott Leitch, who once served as Alex G’s drummer among other Philadelphia indie-rock occupations, is back with Alright, Okayyy, his second full-length effort under the Shelf Life monicker. The self-released LP has a similar feel to 2015’s Everyone Make Happy, with a lo-fi bedroom pop sound that has seen a recent burst in popularity in the indie mainstream thanks to acts like Elvis Depressedly, Frankie Cosmos and Alex G. Alright, Okayyy is especially impressive in that it matches songs like “Mortal Bus Boy,” which takes cues from some of the aforementioned acts, with dreamier tracks like “Ybba Roof,” which sounds like it could be from an early Beach Fossils record. Check out the full album below.

Alright, Okayyy is available now on Bandcamp.
