Sorority Noise – “Everything Is Alright” (Motion City Soundtrack Cover)

A few months back, Motion City Soundtrack announced that they were going on an indefinite hiatus and were embarking on one final tour, which is wrapping up in a few weeks. Sorority Noise — the Connecticut band that released one of the best albums of last year — have toured with the group in the past, and frontman Cameron Boucher has recorded a cover “Everything Is Alright” — a track off MCS’ best album, 2005’s Commit This To Memory — to pay tribute. Boucher turns the driving pop-punker into something more touching and subdued. Listen via The A.V. Club below.
