So there’s this hashtag going around called the #sogonechallenge. It’s basically just people freestyling over R&B sweetheart Monica’s “So Gone” instrumental. Normally hashtags ain’t really news, but pretty much anything Chance The Rapper does is news, and the verse he spits is really dope as expected. It’s a quick 16 bars about his girl that he wrote on his phone and made her film while he rapped it. It’s an endearing little ditty, and Chance pretty much comes off as the best boyfriend ever. Sample line: “So if you got a girl and she sexy and she grown/ Stay yo ass at home before you end up all alone.” C’mon bruh, you make us look bad out here. Chano can do no wrong right now.
