The video for Joyce Manor’s new single “Fake I.D.” plays out at such: Under-21 girl is bummed because she can’t get into a bar with her friends, under-21 girl receives a mysterious fake I.D. from a van that requires her to change her appearance. She does so, and gets slipped a secret invite at the liquor store that gets her into a geometric shapes party in the back room. It’s the sort of fun-loving, juvenile narrative the California band excels at, and you can watch it via The Fader below.
