Earlier this year, the one-woman pop-punk outfit Lisa Prank made the ridiculously fun and catchy album Adult Teen. Today, she’s got a new video for the sunnily dejected “Luv Is Dumb,” one of that album’s highlights. The clip works as both a love letter to Seattle and as a parody of a scene from Cameron Crowe’s Singles, one of the all-time great Seattle movies. Members of some of the city’s indie bands — Chastity Belt, Tacocat, Dogbreth — show up for cameos. Marcy Stone-Francois directed the video, and you can watch it below, via NPR.
