Donald Glover has been on one hell of a win streak, with Atlanta being funny and smart in equal doses, its renewal for a second season, and landing the Han Solo Star Wars movie role as a young Lando Calrissian. He recently announced his third album under his Childish Gambino moniker, Awaken, My Love!, and today we get the first foray into what it will sound like with “Me And Your Mama.” If the lead single is any indication, it will be more of a singing Bino than rapping Bino, which I feel like is the preferred form (minus “Sweatpants” — that joint goes hard).
