For Polyvinyl Records’ 20th anniversary, the label is putting out a compilation made up of bands on their roster covering other bands on their roster. Back when the set was announced in September, we got a string of them: the Dodos doing American Football, Deerhoof in the style of Xiu Xiu, Beach Slang covering Japandroids. And today, a few weeks before the comp is released, they’ve shared of Montreal’s take on Jacco Gardner’s “Find Yourself,” from the Dutch musician’s 2015 album Hypnophobia. Listen below.
