Members of Can will reunite as “the Can Project” for a special one-off show at London’s Barbican Hall in April, Pitchfork reports. Founding member Irmin Schmidt will premiere an orchestral reinterpretation of Can material with the London Symphony Orchestra before being joined by Can’s first singer Malcolm Mooney, founding drummer Jaki Liebezeit, Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore and Steve Shelley, and more.
