Today, Lin-Manuel Miranda releases The Hamilton Mixtape, a compilation that features rappers and pop stars doing their own versions of the songs from the enormously popular Broadway musical Hamilton. We’ve already posted the Roots’ version of “My Shot,” and the album also features peoplel like Nas, Miguel, Usher, Regina Spektor, Jimmy Fallon, and Ja Rule and Ashanti reuniting on “Helpless.” But the song we’ve been wanting to hear the most is “Dear Theodosia (Reprise),” on which Miranda’s friend Chance The Rapper teams up with his tourmate and “Summer Friends” collaborator Francis & The Lights to turn one of the play’s songs into a lovely, expansive digital-soul meditation on parenthood. Listen to the song below, and, if you feel like it, stream the entire album.

The Hamilton Mixtape is out now on Atlantic.
