The day before Jackson Phillips entered the studio to record Day Wave’s long-awaited full-length release The Days We Had, he had one last spark of creativity, which ultimately led to one of his favorite songs on the record. “Untitled” is Day Wave’s latest offering, a track that’s light as air with its beach-drenched synths and vocals. An indie-pop song at heart, “Untitled” features hints of hazy shoe-gaze reminiscent of Turnover’s Peripheral Vision. With the album’s release date set for May, it’ll be a great way to usher in the summer season. Check out the track below.
