In an unexpected change in career path, Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon will be documenting UFOs. Well, not really, but his voice is featured in an upcoming documentary about a local UFO festival in his home state, Wisconsin. The film is directed by Mark Borchardt (of American Movie fame). Vernon narrates the short trailer for The Dundee Project, which captures some interesting folks on camera.

No extraterrestrials are shown on tape but some firm believers are, including one man named Bob who didn’t quite understand what consent to being filmed required. Bob is extremely passionate about the positivity generated by the small festival. It’s unclear what to make of the trailer, so check it out for yourself below.

The Dundee Project premiered this past January and will be shown at festivals throughout the year.
