Jack Antonoff’s neurosis-driven power-pop project Bleachers just released the new album Gone Now, and last night, they were on The Tonight Show to perform the spirited first single “Don’t Take The Money.” Antonoff collaborator Lorde, who guests on the recorded version, wasn’t there. But Antonoff and his band, which includes two drummers, gave a rousing, muscular version of the song anyway. Jimmy Fallon was excited. Watch it below.

On Twitter, Antonoff says that he played the show while using a guitar pick that Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready gave him:
