“Wild Thoughts,” a song from DJ Khaled’s upcoming album Grateful that features Rihanna and Bryson Tiller, appears to sample Santana and the Product G&B’s 1999 hit “Maria Maria.” This weekend, Rihanna and Khaled were spotted filming a music video for the track in Miami’s Little Haiti neighborhood, and the “Maria Maria” guitar riff can be distinctly heard in some paparazzi footage taken at the shoot. (Incidentally, a takedown copyright notice regarding that same footage is the only reason we know the song title. Thanks, Epic Records!).
