Watch Xscape Reunite At The BET Awards

The massively successful ’90s R&B group Xscape broke up in 2002, but they’ve never really left the conversation, in part because the members of the group have stayed prominent. Kandi Burruss was a Real Housewife of Atlanta, and Tameka “Tiny” Cottle used to be married to T.I., and she had a couple of reality shows of her own. Next month, the group will play their first show in 17 years at the Essence Fesival. And at last night’s BET Awards, they gave a preview, singing a three-song medley of their old hits “Understanding,” “Who Can I Run To,” and “Just Kickin’ It.” They sounded really good, and the audience received them rapturously. Watch the performance below.

You’re never going to believe this, but TMZ reports that there’s an Xscape reality show in the works.
