The Boston rapper Cousin Stizz rose to word-of-mouth underground stardom with a pair of hazy, introspective, gorgeous mixtapes. Right now, Stizz is working on his One Night Only album, and he seems determined to present a different side of himself. The recent single “Headlock,” for instance, is a staggering party anthem with a great verse from Migos standout Offset, and Stizz uses it to prove that he can absolutely hang in Offset’s arena. And in the new “Headlock” video, director Walu films Stizz and Offset as they hang out in a club where girls with ninja masks fight each other. Check it out below, via Miss Info.

One Night Only doesn’t have a release date yet, but all of the stray tracks that Stizz has shared have been pretty good.
