Houston rapper Z-Ro has been arrested for allegedly beating his ex-girlfriend Just Brittany for over two hours, TMZ reports. The alleged incident occurred in April, and Z-Ro was arrested for felony aggravated assault today after Brittany filed a report to the Harris County Police Department on Monday. Z-Ro is currently being held without bond.
