Earlier this year “Doomsday Clock” was nabbed by ROH Wrestling as the background music for one of the league’s compilation videos, and the Smashing Pumpkins just keep on picking up fans in wrestling where they lost them in independent record stores. What we have here is a “remix” of the “Tarantula” video, by the testosterone lovers behind TNA Wrestling.
At first glance it’s pretty impressive that they’re able to put their logo behind Corgan and crew and make it shake and rumble, but then I remembered this was the green screen one. Based on that, though, maybe TNA could remix this one next.
Also just a reminder, some things coming soon for Gish fans.

what this post is leaving out is the fact that the pumpkins let their fans create their own version of the tarantula video over a year ago by releasing green screen shots and the guy who wrote this blog post is 1.) a big fan of the millions of youtube fanmade videos 2.) needs one more opportunity to slag the pumpkins for releasing 12 versions of zeitgeist, again, a year ago 3.) loves to write incredibly untimely bullshit
