Tears for Fears, Duran Duran, Pixies reunite…

I’d like tell you about the new Tears for Fears disc, but it’s ultra-copy-protected and makes my computer launch into an epileptic episode whenever I try to listen to it.

  1. I wore out my cassette of “the Hurting” a long time ago, that is a great album. And somehow I didn’t even buy any of their other albums after that. I guess i like to end on a high note.

  2. I think I am the only person who would admit to liking late-era Tears for Fears. I saw them on the Raoul & The Kings Of Spain tour in ’96. And the place was PACKED. They covered Radiohead! Then the whole Donnie Darko thing …. I think they’re ready for a comeback.

    raoul is an amazing album, as is the hurting!

    i need to point out that the cure, DID NOT, in fact break up in the 2000s, unlike the article said. and morrissey’s record is out in may, not april.
