The moment you all haven’t been waiting for! If you thought Cate Blanchett as Judas was sacrilege, check out this clip of the Times They Are A-Changin cast performing “Like A Rolling Stone” on The View. BWE likens it to “a bad skit on Studio 60” (aren’t they all?). RIYL if you like Movin’ Out, Lord Of The Rings: The Musical, cheese.

Danny Schmidt on Bob Dylan
How did you first get into Bob Dylan? I first started listening to Dylan when I was an angst-ridden 15-year old. I was especially drawn to his stream-of-consciousness mid-60s era stuff… Bringing It All Back Home, Highway 61… that stuff. Dylan came off ...

How did you first get into Bob Dylan? I was 17 and going into my senior year in high school, working a summer job in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, in the summer of ‘65. It was a resort where a lot of New Yorkers, mostly college kids, were also working.

I hate this…..These people should be fed to a cannibal tribe in the rainforest and at least be useful in the fact they are feeding somebody……I wish I was there with a basket of rotten tomatoes…..because they would come in handy.

think about this for a second…someone actually worked hard on this (well, not hard but you know what i mean). they actually spent time putting this together. they got people to actually take time from their lives to create this farce. because of this i have a hard time beleiving they could possibly have the nerve to be serious. there are actually people that like this??? no, really. in fact there are probably more people in the world that like this than people who actually have intelligence and a sense of integrity. man, this world and our culture as we know it are in trouble.

Well, if you look past the whole sacriledge thing, this is actually one of the funniest comedies I’ve ever seen. Sadly, that’s not what they intended, but hey… to quote Leonard Nimoy on the Simpsons… “The world needs laughter.” And this made me split my sides it’s so bad! Thanks Twyla!
