It’s the one we’ve been waiting for… As Beck & Co. continue their track-by-track move through Kick, they finally arrive at iconic ’80s ballad/prom song “Never Tear Us Apart.” As on “Need You Tonight,” DJ Annie Clark handles lead vocals, and puts her intonations to good use. She digs deeply with the help of Liars, Os Mutantes, and Hansen.

Next up: “Mystify.”

    I agree with the beauty of it all. My favorite beautiful moment comes at 2:09 when Angus rips his jacket off at the climax. Hilarious!
