Virgin Mobile’s Festival will be free just like it was last year. And it’ll happen September 25th at Maryland’s Merriweather Post Pavilion. Sir Richard Branson took a break from para-sailing or base-jumping or whatever from the Virgin Islands (seriously) to announce the bands.
