Conan Obrien And They Call Me Mad

We knew Conan O’Brien and Jack White jammed when O’Brien visited Third Man Records’s performance space in Nashville. Turns out O’Brien also recorded a 7-inch, with a spoken word piece on one side, and an interview with White (White asked the questions) on the other. “And They Call Me Mad?” is an improvised riff on Dr. Frankenstein and the Frankenstein legend. It’s part of Third Man’s “Green Series” of spoken word/instructional records. Listen to a snippet below, and decide if this spoken word record could also be filed under “comedy”:

  2. White, O’Brien, and anyone who buys this, all need to be paying a lot more in taxes.

    • I’d like to begin by saying that you are an arse, and that while you are most certainly entitled to an opinion, you are not entitled to blatant, uncontested douchebaggery. Jack White is a modern music legend, a pioneer. Conan O’Brien is a widely successful comedian and talk show host. These are clearly my opinions, although both of which are founded in fact and numbers. Now on to your comment in which you stated “anyone who buys this all need to be paying more in taxes.”, to which I reply, the world hates you and wishes never to hear your voice again. Don’t bother replying, because no one will listen or acknowledge you, and I hope to God above that no one ever be put through what must be the most excruciatingly painful experience of having to be around or even near such an abhorrence of human nature and life itself. Thank you and please stop breathing,
