Norah Jones Featuring Album Art

Norah Jones has collaborated with a surprising range of artists: Ryan Adams and Will Sheff, Sean Bones, the Lonely Island, Q-Tip, etc. Her next album, …Featuring is a compilation of many of Jones’s guest spots and collaborations, alongside tracks from her own bands and side project (The Little Willies, El Madmo). Luckily, it doesn’t include a DVD of her featured role in Wong Kar Wai’s My Blueberry Nights. Here’s the tracklist:

  1. at least 2 of the songs listed came out in 2007, “Soon The New Day” – Talib Kweli (Feat. Norah Jones) & “Court & Spark” – Herbie Hancock (Feat. Norah Jones). So is this really a “new” album or a gathering of all her collabo’s from the past?

  2. ‘Ruler of my heart’ is great too…but i wonder if this album is a ploy by her or bluenote to get out of a contract
