Who We Touch is the eleventh studio album for the band, who have been together more than 20 years. Singer Tim Burgess sings this upbeat, piano-driven first single from the window seat of a train. Not my favorite Charlatans, and the strange layering, or (possibly Auto-Tune?) weakens the chorus. Have a watch/listen:

The headliner will be another Manchester band, The Charlatans. The festival makes up for a similarly themed concert that was scheduled for the spring of 2011 but was canceled after the March earthquake and tsunami.
