Today’s fun in the sun didn’t get going in earnest until around 4PM, when Regina Spektor and Hot Chip faced off in a battle for our affections — but it’s a nonstop tour de dehydration from there out. Think we’ve all seen and heard enough about Peter Bjorn & John for a couple of months, so we’re gonna check in with Carl Newman and whichever New Pornographers made the trek to Indio (and hope for some new tunes to write home about). The other stacked-up face-off comes at 6:15PM, when Kings Of Leon, the Decemberists, and Andrew Bird simultaneously sweat (it’s 150º, btw). Whatever we decide there, the rest of the night is looking like !!!, Arcade Fire, Justice, LCD, and Cornelius. Stream it in the comfort of your own air-conditioning here.

Hey, does anyone know if it’ll be possible to see the shows that have already happened on the AT&T site? Like, an archive of the gigs or something? I missed a few I wanted to see…

Last time I got to go was 2005 when the Arcade Fire blew it up on the 2nd stage. I wish I could have been there to see them on the main stage this year.
go see kings and regina. i wish i was there too. i decided to do bonnaroo this year. one day i will have enough money and time to hit all the festivals. hopefully bonnaroo wont be as hot as it seems to be in indio this weekend. (wishful thinking I’m sure)
Did anyone stick around for Andrew Bird? I ended up splitting between Decemberists & Kings of Leon when it looked like he was using a more conventional rock setup instead of the looping pedals.
