“Perfect Games” is an upbeat and sunny slice from the Broken West’s Now Or Heaven. That said, it’s surprising how easily the song lends itself to soundtracking this fairly funny clip about a pair of assassins in cross-pursuit made by some of the Funny Or Die folks. The hitmen have their murder attempts foiled repeatedly, until their final showdown at a Broken West house party where they’re serving up their chipper Cali indie rock, glasses of wine, lots of girls, and of course, death. There are subtitles if you’d like to follow the dialogue.
