Preservation Album Art

We first mentioned Waits contribution to Preservation, the benefit album for the Preservation Hall in New Orleans, when we posted a link to an album stream back in February. Now you can get Waits’ two contributions, “Tootie Ma Was A Big Fine Thing” and “Corrine Died On The Battlefield,” via limited-edition, hand numbered, 78rpm vinyl. If you don’t have a 78-compatible player, don’t worry: for a $200 donation you’ll get the record plus a Preservation Hall record player. Listen to “Tootie Ma” below. You’ll also get a look at that record player:

The “Tootie Ma Is A Big Fine Thing” record is out 11/19 to pick up in person at Preservation Hall. Order online starting 11/20 here.
