Yesterday Jim McMahon posted a piece at The Guardian that focused on Mike Skinner’s recent use of the Internet as a site for collaboration and inspiration (and included a random mention of Lightning Bolt). We saw some of Skinner’s digital know-how via the quickly completed video for “Trust Me.” Today Skinner upped the ante, responding to McMahon with this video for “The Day After The Day Off On One.” The thesis? “Hungover Tweets.”

Outside of these videos and Skinner’s Internet bills, Computers And Blues, the sixth and supposedly final Streets album, will see the light of day on 2/7.

  1. Why do people keep on saying that this is Mike Skinner’s sixth album when he has only released four thus far?
