Fucked Up’s Damian Abraham is a blogger and host for MuchMusic’s The Wedge. He sat down with Arcade Fire’s Win and Will Butler for this 30-minute documentary about the band, post-Grammy, post-Juno, and post-many-other successes. There are also interviews from friends like design team Seripop and Owen Pallet. The Butlers give Damian a behind-the-scenes look at how collaborations with The Creators Project, Spike Jonze, and Terry Gilliam came to be. As Abraham points out, Fucked Up once toured with Arcade Fire, which may explain why the band’s unusually relaxed and funny in this interview. Watch:

  1. I really shouldn’t be surprised, given the level of intelligence and eloquence found in his music, and I know this is about pink eye/arcade fire, but damn is Owen Pallett a cool dude…I found his parts in this to be the most interesting and most thought out. I’d love to have a beer with the guy; shoot the breeze, as they say.

    • I’ve said it before, but if somebody were to commission a whole TV show that was just Owen Pallett talking about things to no particular end, I would never miss an episode.
