Woods - Find Them Empty

“Find Them Empty”’s a companion single to Woods’s recently released sixth full-length Sun And Shade. It was recorded this winter at Buttermilke Falls in Warwick, NY. The cover features the baby version of Sacred Bones honcho Caleb Braaten with his father, who must be happy to know his son’s helping carry on the tradition. Listen:

  1. The vocals and the instrumentals sound like they’re part of two separate songs. Not sure how I feel about it. I’m neutral on this one.

  2. like. Very, very 60s. Woods keeps getting better and better.
