Azari & III - "Manic"

On Azari & III’s sassed and incisive dance track “Manic,” the Toronto duo throw their compressed, Morris Day-indebted vocals over a bubbling electro-house beat to nail down an infectious song about shitty people. Nice. The excellently edited video brings even more personality to bear, with the two Azaris dancing in synch and apart, shot on camera in shades while the female “manipulator” and male “freaking addict” pose with axes and black blood and drug vials. Watch it with the kids.

The “Manic” 12″ is out soon via Turbo. Don’t forget “Manic”’s Finger Prince Faded Sensation Dub.

  1. Aren’t they actually a quartet? The two other guys who appear inside the TV are also part of the group.

    • Dinamo Azari and Alexander III just contracted these guys to provide services for their project Azari & III, in the case, sing their tracks. But it’s strange to explain because the guys appears everywhere together, so if commercially they appear together they’re a locgically a quartet, the guy was worked on the album too isn’t?…
