I’d like to request more hip-hop coverage. Seeing as how a lot of the comments seem to be about hip-hop.

it’d be cool to see some more hip hop related news on here besides jay z and kanye. I feel like shabazz palaces hasn’t even been mentioned on here (aside from the comments) and I imagine anyone who listens to Flying Lotus, who’s on here a lot, would totally dig.
Stereogum is pretty well rounded for music but it lacks a lot in the hip hop department. There could be something like Haunting the Chapel but for rap.
Also bring back videos of the week pleeeeeaaaaassssseeeee.
yes I agree Shabazz Palaces can never get enough publicity. I’d personally rather see more Shabazz Palaces/FlyLo/Madlib news as opposed to Coldplay updates.

I’m really looking forward to Tom Breihan starting here. His Out the Trunk column at p4k was my favorite piece of music writing on the web, i’ve found so many dope artists though it; I was sad to see it ending.
