Armed with some witty stage banter and clever lyrics, Stephen Malkmus and The Jicks stopped by the Music Box in support of their latest album Mirror Traffic. Malkmus and the Jicks also delved into their back catalog by dusting off “Discretion Grove”, a super jammy “1% of One”, a synthesizer fueled rendition of “Pencil Rot” and a Malkmus solo version of “Church On White”. Hailing from San Francisco, Ty Segall cranked his Death By Audio Fuzz War pedal for some scuzzy tunes that had everyone nodding their heads in approval. Check out the pictures above.
