  1. According to the docket, that’s likely right. The dismissal was filed under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1(A)(ii), which means the Plaintiff (Joe Satriani) filed it, and that all parties agreed.

    Rarely does a Plaintiff–especially not one as vocal as Joe–agree to dismiss a case unless there was a value provided to them in doing so.
