It sucked when L.A. jitter-punks Mika Miko broke up, but the end of that band does mean that the former members have goon on to some truly promising new projects. We first heard Jennifer and Jessica Clavin’s sun-dazed new project Bleached, and now Mika Miko drummer Kate Hall has a new band called Dunes. We already posted their song “Vertical Walk,” and below, we’ve got a download of the fuzzed-out indie-pop jam “Jukebox.”

This is pretty sexy, although not as much fuzz as I was expecting. Another pretty cool-but-not-as-serious Mika Miko-related project that PPM just released was this hardcore 7″ by C.R.A.S.H. which features Dean from No Age, Michelle Suarez of Mika Miko and a few other friends of theirs. It’s them banging out some hardcore tracks.
