Young Lust
“Run LIke Hell” did it for me.
I agree with Dan, it’s gotta be “Young lust”.
Why just US citizens for all these stuff? In general? Is this racism? Why let people around and around comment and read here if some things are just a private cirle? This have no reason to me. I just don’t care postal price. This sound like 90′.

Putting the movie into consideration, I say “Goodbye Blue Sky”. That sequence is awesome.
Movie aside, I like “Bring the Boys Back Home” a lot. It’s like the “Wish You Were Here” of “The Wall”.

I’m not from the US but I would like to share a story if you don’t mind.
About 5 years ago when I was 14 years old I was starting to get into Pink Floyd, and I listened to my dad’s CD of The Wall. I liked it overall but didn’t have any particular favorites.
Anyway, one night I had a pretty cool dream that I still remember to this day.
It was me and a friend in a haunted castles 90′s animated series style. I remember me and my friend running down a long corridor that had this torches sticking out of the walls lighting it up, and then I suddenly realize that the floor is falling apart beneath our feet. So we ran.
We then see a wooden door and we jump right into it, finding ourselves in a room made of bricked walls.
A couple of seconds later we realize we are surrounded by living skeletons that are coming to get us. Suddenly I spot a chest next to me, like a treasure chest. The skeletons were getting closer and I remember being scared shitless when suddenly I hear the sounds of a guitar. It was the begging of Goodbye Blue Sky. The chest then opens up and a guitar floats out Vertically playing the song. At this point the skeletons started to fade away, and when It got to the vocal harmony I was starting to wake up, and when I finally woke up with the song in my head I had new favorite song – Goodbye Blue Sky.
Hey You and Comfortably Numb
Mother!
Vera – one of there best songs ever
It’s a trick question, no single song is as good as them all together. However, if I have to pick something it will be In The Flesh, at least that’s what I would pick today.
In The Flesh from Disc 2
One of my Turns has got to be my favourite!
Not fair. I’m from Chile. Goodbye, blue sky.
In The Flesh?
Nobody Home
I would love to say that (going by the film) my favorite was “When The Tigers Broke Free”, but of course that’s not on the album. Listening to the album on vinyl is fantastic, because when you change LP’s the whole mood and mindset of the album changes from the construction and inevitable deconstruction of Pink’s psyche. Both parts of the album have fantastic songs, incredible arrangement and brilliant songwriting on Water’s behalf. I am so grateful that Floyd decided to take their hands at The Wall, rather than Water’s other Hitchiking project that he took solo. In terms of a definitive favorite from the release, I would have to say “Vera”. Something about the simplicity of the song structure and straightfoward (and at times painful) vocals of Waters, this song is a piece that I feel often gets overlooked when people think about the album. There are too many amazing cuts from the album to choose the “best”, but “Vera” is definitely a favorite. I’m excited to check out the new box set and hear all of the demos and outtakes. On an album as pivotal as this, I’m excited to hear the thought process they went through and development of a legend.
The Happiest Day of Our Lives… Those drums, that bass… It’s just musical perfection.
In The Flesh?
Nobody Home. It really feels like the apex of the desolate, lonely feel of the album.
When it really gets down to it, it’s hard to compete with Comfortably Numb
