Crossing Brooklyn Ferry Fest Announces Lineup

In January, Brooklyn Academy of Music announced that it would host a spring festival curated by the National’s Bryce and Aaron Dessner, and today that event, called Crossing Brooklyn Ferry (a reference to this Whitman poem), announced it’s full lineup. It goes down 5/3-5/5. And, yeah, if you’re into indie rock, skewing the more arrangement-heavy stuff, there’s a ton to like here: Twin Shadow, the Walkmen, Sharon Van Etten, St. Vincent, the Antlers, Buke And Gase, Beirut, Atlas Sound and many others. Also, there’s a film component that will utilize BAM’s cinema, so if you’re into that sort of thing, score for you. Scope the full lineup after the jump.

  2. No Grateful Dead cover bands? I am disappoint
