i got hooked on scissors sister several weeks ago off of xfm’s site…the song “mary” makes my heart hurt.

I luv the Scissor Sisters cd–can’t stop listening to “Take Your Mama Out!” There’s talk the U.S. release will be moved up. We can hope!

franz ferdinand for sure. i heard them a bit ago on bbc radio 1 and fell for them instantly. they do have “it band” written all over their future, which is good/bad depending on your take on the (dis)qualities of being an “it band”. what-the-fawk-ever, though. they’re good. i’ve got a number of people here in the nation’s capital tuned into them.
