Also I was in my favorite diner today (Anyone from Bethesda, MD? Tastee Diner? Come on…) and talking about J.Lo’s latest marriage and realized that she is the complete opposite of a normal relationship cycle. Usually people have meaningful marriages that break up and lead to rebound boyfriends. Jenny has meaningful boyfriends (Puffy, Ben Affleck) and rebounds with marriage. How bizarre.

Apparently the New York post said that J. Lo was pregnant and that’s why she got married, because she is a good catholic girl!! The tip-off at the wedding was the release of blue and pink balloons.
People should really give J.lo a break I mean do any of you know how many people in America have been married 3 times…? I’m sure the numbers would surprise you so it’s not that uncommon. Although I think Marc Anthony is quite ugly he must treat her good for them to get back together and then get married. I think this is really sad. Yes its true that there are many people who have been married three times, but they at least give it some time before they go jumping into another marriage. I mean come on, she was soooooo in love with Ben not even five months ago and now she’s getting married. All that girl wants is a baby and as everyone else is saying I wouldn’t be surprised if she is pregnant. And if I were her I would really have to evaluate if Marc really loved me. ms. bri…I do know that Marc cheated on his ex but that really isn’t the point. Marc and Jen may have always been meant for each other and he just was not meant for his ex and things got hectic between them…besides she was not very pretty at all people just say she was because of her miss universe title but that’s not the point either. The point is no one except J.Lo knows why she does the things she does or marries who she marries. Some people just fall in love quite quickly, all of us have our little quirks and faults that is what makes us all unique. I do agree that she gets married too quickly but just like all of us have been in love and then fallen out of love, she could of never seen problems coming in any of her marriages! When you are in love (or think you are) you don’t think about all the bad things you only think about being with that person as much as possible and J.lo probably sees marriage as the solution. You never know (nobody does) maybe her men are the reason for her break-ups none of us no her, or Ben or Ojani or Marc or Chris Judd so we don’t know if they treated her good, married her and then changed…for all we know they could all be the ones who are out for HER money..after all she has more than all of her men combined! Whatever the reason for her mishaps I wish her luck and I think she should do what makes her happy…and if it doesn’t make the public happy don’t read about it, change the channel…you don’t have to pay attention!

The bottom line, like Puffy said is that she lives her life the way she wants and screw what everybody else thinks. And if she is pregnant, then more power to the girl. Well, I kinda agree with MAUGE even though I do find JLo to be very confussed as to what she wants her life to be. As a buisness women…I give her mad props she is super successful in everything buisness wise she puts her mind, she is a very energetic musical artist, she’s got a great fashion sense (um…drop the perfume making though sweetie, thats not working for ya) and her restaurant Madre’s is gorgeous and very good. To Kingston. You are right. Most of us have fallen in love and fallen out of love. Not all relationships work, but we still keep looking. JLo deserves to find love. However, even small children learn from their mistakes. (I touched the stove, it was hot. I don’t touch the stove anymore.) If the first marriage (actually the second) that occured shortly after a public break-up didn’t work out, then why do it again? If all the marriages that you have rushed into so far have not worked, then sit back and contemplate for a minute. What is so wrong with dating? That’s usually the best part of a relationship. I haven’t seen flowers from my husband since our wedding day.
Also, the question of the day on a local radio station was “how long should you wait after a divorce before you remarry?” My opinion – however long it takes for your new love to build a relationship with your children. His kids and ex-wife found out on the news like everyone else. That’s just rude and inconsiderate. Has she even met his kids? To me she has walked all over the sanctity of marriage. Not because she marries so often, but because she does it so carelessly. I’m a Catholic too. My husband and I had to go to counseling for 6 months before the priest would perform the wedding. She’s a sad, self-absorbed woman looking for love in all the wrong pages (tabloids).

Most of you only see one side of the story here…what is up with everyone “feeling sorry” for marc’s ex wife? Do you know her…maybe she is a big old bitch for all you know…she sure looks like one. I think Jennifer Lopez is like any other woman out there that can’t live without a man. The only difference is that she is rich & famous and she gets to have her heart broken on national television. Healthy new-found love does not entail lowering your morals, values or integrity, by flaunting an 8 carat diamond ring from Marc when he was not even divorced yet, or threathening to sue the ex-wife $10,000 if she talks about how she was done, or flying to the Dominician Republic to divorce the wife, and marrying 4 days later, or not even giving the wife and little children a minute to adjust to the divorce. Not to mention Marc’s baby is only about 6 months old, and the other is 2 years old.
So what do her and Marc expect, do a shock value on his ex-wife and kids, by not telling her of the marriage – she found out on the internet, threaten her if she talks, treat her like dirt, yet people praise and congratulate J-LO for finding the love of her life?
We all make mistakes, but J-LO knows exactly what she is doing. She was just engaged 6 months ago to the “love of her life”, (who she dumped and humiliated her ex-husband for) yet Marc is the man for her.

Hey Kingston, I read your responses and you are right. No one knows what going through JLo’s mind or heart. I for one have no idea what she is like personally. I only know her public image and I know that her public image is what has allowed her to get that big house that she got married in front of. Her public image is why we have pages of comments on this site. And if that image is the least bit important to her (and it may not be) she needs to make better decisions and/or get better advisors, because she is now becoming less of an artist and more of a punchline. One thing that she seems (publicly) to be good at is making business decisions. The restaurant, clothing, dating Puffy to get a contract…:), but her rash decisions of the heart I think are affecting the business that is JLo. So I don’t know what’s going on in her heart, all I know is what I read and see on TV. But it is affecting her image and marketability.

According to what I have read Jennifer Lopez has been in and out of Marc’s life for a long time. I think he married Dayanara Torres because he thought he couldn’t have Jennifer. Dayanara asked him for a divorce and he tried to get back with Dayanara. She said in so many words, that would never happen. Why did Jennifer keep seeing other men. Why didn’t she stay with Marc when she first started seeing him in about 1998? After all else failed she married Marc Anthony. I feel sorry for both Marc Anthony and Dayanara Torres, also for Marc’s and Dayanara’s childred. As far as I can see Marc is obsessed with Jennifer. He got what he wished for. I hope it is really what he wants because of all the people that have been hurt by this. In my opinion Marc really thinks he loves Jennifer and Jennifer loves herself.
