Texas Senator John Cornyn disagrees. Here’s text from a speech he gave to the Heritage Foundation this week:
“It does not affect your daily life very much if your neighbor marries a box turtle. But that does not mean that it’s right. … Now you must raise your children up in a world where that union of man and box turtle is on the same legal footing as man and wife.”
Huh? In fairness I should point out that the graph was pulled from Cornyn’s speech at the last minute, but that won’t stop me from posting this educational graphic…
