When I was her age, I lost 25 pounds in 2 month due to anemia (which is normal for teenage girls) which was diagnosed by a doctor. I felt weak and I was blacking out all the time. I had to start taking B-12 and iron pills and eat red meat, leafy green vegetables, etc. Some people assumed I had an eating disorder but I didn’t. It took me over a year to gain back some of that weight.
