I just got done reading Q Magazine’s article on them in the July issue. He is a Mormon. He discussed it in the article, as well as showing off his massive ego.

And why does the religion matter? it’s cool that he’s finally married. they’ve been going out for years apparently. i read in the august issue of BLENDER magazine that all the band members have been with their girlfriends since before they even became famous, so that’s been at least a year and a half. and so what if he’s mormon, he’s not really a serious one if he smokes and drinks. and i don’t think that tana would want to be mobbed by the paparatzi or however the hell you spell the word. but they are a little young to get married, oh well, that’s his business. we all just need to BUILD A BRIDGE AND GET OVER IT.

It’s hilarious to see what people think about Mormons. They are normal and probably the nicest people I’ve ever known. And polygamy hasn’t been around in the Mormon church in over 100 years, so the fact that people even mention that anymore is ridiculous. People will find anything to put religions down, especially Mormons because once their temples are dedicated only Mormons can go inside.
