I agree… she’s much more cute in person. I saw her last summer at Park Tavern in Atlanta during a Snowden show. She had black hair at the time and was wearing big aviator sunglasses. It seemed like she was also drunk at the time. She walked up to two frat boys next to me and introduced herself as Ashley and flirted for a bit. The guys didn’t pick up on who she was until after she walked away. Later, she seemed to be a bit distressed about something… I remember seeing her arguing on the sidewalk as I drove to the next bar.
Being young, rich, and famous… it’s a hard knock life ya know…

I ran into some woman who was runner-up on The Bachelor (I forget the name.. Haley, maybe?) at Park Tavern in Atlanta last summer too (or was it the summer before?). I had no idea who she was, but she was getting a lot of attention and being really loud and obnoxious during this acoustic show I was there to see. Bah.

I ran into Courtney Love last week. She looked pretty much like one would expect.
They’re NEVER hot in person. Models seem to be okay, but actresses and singers rarely hold up in person, at least the ones I’ve encountered. Not that Ashlee Simpson quite counts as either an actress or a singer (she can’t even act at singing).
What I want to know is why Ashlee looks like the Pillsbury Doughboy, while her sister Jessica looks like Ricky Martin. Seriously, if Ricky Martin hadn’t dropped off the face of the planet, people would notice by now that he and Jessica Simpson have the exact same face. Perhaps Ashlee needs to be sent to the same plastic surgeon so she can be less Poppin’ Fresh and more La Vida Loca.
I actually bumped into her once way before she got famous. She was still an unknown on the 7th Heaven, and the WB was doing a promo tour across US college Campuses. They hit my college in Detroit during their tour and I decided to attend the event since we were promised free stuff. At one point I was standing in the crowd when this bitch walked into me on her way to the stage. Several years later I discovered it was Ashlee Simpson…

tonight at the les savy fav show in hollywood adam brody and the creator of the oc (basically twins) were sitting behind me in some fancy schmancy booth. looks exactly the same in person.
i saw Charlize Theron and Mischa Barton the other night cause i accidently passed the Elle Style Awards and they were walking up and everyone was going crazy. they actually looked amazing in real life. i’d hate to work around famous ppl cause it makes you feel schlumpy and fat.

I SWEAR I saw Snoop D-o-double-gizzle at McDonald’s once. It was during some event when all these famous ppl were in Detroit, and so I swear I was walking out of McDonald’s and saw him driving some crap van with his hair in a nappy ponytail. Well, it could’ve been any Detroit schmoe. But still, I swear it looked just like him.
And yeah, Jessica looks like Ricky’s mystic-tanned sister. Totally.
