What legitimate complaint does the lawyer have against Stereogum? The file is hosted by YouTube, not by Stereogum. You basically have a hyperlink to a file that is hosted on another server. Now I’m no lawyer, but I don’t see how that constitutes infringement. Once the lawyer takes care of getting the video removed from YouTube, all links to that file will be gone from *all* blogs.
‘Cos we all wanna be like Scott stapp, an alcoholic who depended on drugs and starts brawls with other, equally if not more respectable and inventive bands like 311. yeah, that’s exactly it.
What’s wrong with Scott Stapp? Two words: Pickle mouth.
