He’s alive! Michael Jackson arrived in Tokyo today so he can accept MTV Japan’s Legend Award. It’ll be his first public appearance since being acquitted of molesting Macaulay Culkin. Michael may wanna confirm he’s actually receiving an MTV award before he makes his speech. If he is, he’ll be in the company of past recipients Jimmy Page and Ozzy Osbourne.

Unfortunately, no reports of a macho Jacko have surfaced. But there will be an Asian concert tour! And — hold your horses, says his spokeswoman — a Hurricane Katrina benefit single.

It’s pretty tragic what’s become of Michael Jackson.
But I swear,there must be some legal precedent that stipulates that:
“Because this man made “Thriller” he shall not be convicted of any charges bought against him in the court of law”
