So…. whatever happened to the “more to come” from the VMAs? You guys buried that whole episode faster than a Dick Cheney briefing. Did it suck? Did they punk you? Waste of time? I heard there were a lot of major media outlets who got DENIED access this year for the first time. Yet you guys got in. Come on, give us the behind the sceeeeenes! Who are you afraid of, John Norris?

  3. What the fuck? This is awful – if you’re going to do a literal translation of the video, at least do it right (Mexican place, the internet, no obnoxious gay dancing waiters.)

    Bring back the old-people sex.

Sorry, too many things to do! If you guys are still interested I’ll totally do a behind-the-scenes. Our access was limited, but I did talk to AFI. Ha. Figured VMA was old news at this point, but I’ll work on something for ya.

True, it was old news before it even began but it has also turned out the worst ratings in its history and been deemed a big mess, failure, etc. So, not so much AFI, but more interested in hearing about the whole vibe behind the scenes. Were you really in a windowless room watching on a monitor n stuff? Why did they shut out other press people–did they know it was gonna suck..?
