On all our posts about the T&G blowout over the weekend, you guys — not surprisingly — were most curious about legendary punkers Big Black. This is what some of you said:

To those who would complain about one thing or another… it’s fucking Big Black, it doesn’t matter if they played well or poorly, they played, and that’s history right there.

Just because they weren’t “into it” (which I have to disagree with) doesn’t mean they didn’t play amazingly.

Does anyone know who that is playing bass? From the looks of it it’s not Dave Rilley (sp?) but it’s a little hard to tell from the video.
Big Black did a mini tour in Texas and tore it up in Dallas. They played for nearly two hours. Fantastic.
i wish we hd more bands like big black still around.

The bassist is Jeff Pezzati, Naked Raygun frontman. He played on the Bulldozer and Racer-X EPs before Dave Riley joined. Riley had a stroke in 1993.
FWIW, I’m only responsible for the “setlist” comment in the previous thread.
