Even if you don’t dig “Belief” as much as we do, you gotta admit this is funny.

You won’t find comic relief like that at moby.com. (Yes, he’s still blogging; so much for the Internet sabbatical)

FYI John, Jordan Catalano hates you.

Ha, I just went to Moby’s blog and he posted an article on Iraq making terrorism worse…and he had changed all the capital letters to lower case letters. How time consuming was that? And what is the goddamn point? I like to picture him in his huge NYC loft on his laptop deleting and retyping all the capital letters. oh, moby.

  3. The Ben Folds guy needs to stop.
I’m not sure exactly what the topic (or topics) is here, but it is certainly not Ben Folds doing anything, nor is it anything related to Ben Folds.
Please crawl out of the ass-end of the Nineties.

moby said he would have someone else post the blog messages he writes during his internet vacation.

  5. john mayer’s post about zombies is real funny.

  6. “As a guitar player, it helped me get a lot out of my system. If it wasn’t for the Trio, CONTINUUM would have been less accessible.” -from the bio

its good to know we have stereogum to keep track of both Moby AND John Mayer. seems like both would be a full time job on their own.

what would be really cool would be if you renamed this site “john mayer’s hizzouse.”

also, ben folds did something somewhere today.

John Mayer can be very amusing. Maybe he missed his true calling of stand up comedy? I know I laugh at him more often than I enjoy his music.

Anyway, everyone stop picking on the Ben Folds guy. He’s clearly in love and love makes fools of us all.

  10. Anyone who can listen to Whatever and Ever Amen by Ben Folds Five and call it anything short of a modern pop masterpiece is a pretentious coward.

  11. I think by “modern pop masterpiece” you mean “elevator music masterpiece”

Wow, Erik, congratulations… dumbest comment I’ve seen on here in at least a week. Whatever and Ever Amen? Elevator music? If you had said that about Songs for Silverman at least it wouldn’t be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard, but unfortunately, it seems you’d rather comment on an album you’ve clearly never even listened to.

  13. anyone who, regardless of whether or not they like ben folds/ben folds five, can listen to Whatever and Ever Amen and compare it to “elevator music” is a tool who has never listened to Ben Folds Five and has no concept of what makes a good song.

‘whatever and ever amen’ sounds like it was written, performed and produced by paul anka.

  15. Devin  |   Posted on Sep 25th, 2006

These comments read like elevator music.
